Shipping policy

Order processing: Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. An email will let you know your order is on the way!

Flat rate shipping: Orders in the USA generally arrive within 2-10 days depending on weather or unforeseen shipping delays. 

Expedited shipping: The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using calculated shipping rates.

International Shipping: The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using calculated shipping rates. Once a shipment reaches your destination country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred. Bradley Well Pumps is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
